This edition presents the main economic work of an outstanding Russian scientist V. A. Bazarov (1874 -1939), an economist, politics, philosopher, writer, translator. Created by him in the 1920s. The concept of planning represented a reasonable synthesis of sentences" left and "right-hand" economists and could be the basis for the effective and balanced development of the USSR economy. However, in 1930, Bazarov was repressed in the case of the "Union Bureau of Mensheviks", and his ideas forgotten for a long time.
In the first volume of selected works included work, published before the revolution, articles with controversy against the Bolshevik policies, published in the newspaper "New Life" and the magazine "Thought" (Kharkov), Economic Articles 1923-1927.
The second volume contains the book "Capitalist cycles and the rehabilitation process of the economy of the USSR" (1927), articles and speeches 1928-1930.
In the Appendix published "Test Numbers of the National Economy of the USSR for 1925/1926 (Bazarov was one of the leaders of creating this first annual plan), interrogation protocols of Bazarov, the memories of his grandson - E.V. Rudneva.
