This publication is devoted to the clinical aspects of HIV / AIDS. The presented materials of the lectures are based on more than 25 years of experience in practical work and training of medical professionals of various specialties on the problem of HIV infection. The book contains the most pressing issues of the development of HIV / AIDS, the flow of basic secondary (opportunistic) and related diseases, their diagnosis and treatment.
Special attention is paid to the problem of the combined stream of HIV infection and tuberculosis, viral hepatitis.
