The events described in the book unfolds at that time of our history when stagnation in the political organization of the Soviet society was combined with stormy discussions about the paths of the development of social production and numerous socio-economic experiments. Their promising results, unfortunately, in most cases were rejected by the Soviet system, the authors of many beginnings were tragically died ... The collapse of the Soviet Union shook not only the entire immense country, but echoed all over the world. Over time, it became clear that a unique chance was missed for evolutionary, not the catastrophic development of Russian society.
