The harbinger of this book was an introductory course of astronomy for the humanities, read by the Nile with a degrasses Tyson, Michael Strass and Richard Gott in Princeton. More than 100 tasks are considered here, and this amount, according to the authors, should just be enough to learn to think as an astrophysicist.
In a playful manner, the authors show that we have access to a deeper understanding of the properties of infinitely large and infinitely small, more meaningful Dialogue with space, and for this rather university knowledge of algebra. The authors propose to solve the physical problems of microorganisms in Europe, colliding black holes, expanding space and even a two -dimensional Tardis time machine. You should not torment yourself with questions about whether you will get ingenuity, because the authors have already taken care of this: they provided each task with a detailed explanation and brought a solution for it.
