Toxicological Chemistry. Textbook

The new edition of the textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 33.05.01 Pharmacy.
The textbook sets out the basics of toxicological chemistry, biochemical toxicology, analytical toxicology and private issues of chemical-toxicological analysis. The necessary information is presented about the toxic-dynamic and toxicokinetic laws of absorption, distribution, biotransformation and elimination of xenobiotics, methods of isolating them from biomaterials and determining in acute and chronic poisoning. The problems of chemical-toxicological and judicial chemical analysis with toxicants of various chemical classes were discussed.
