The proposed publication is devoted to the consideration of the main issues of chemical thermodynamics. It does not discuss those problems that are usually the main content of general physical thermodynamic courses. Therefore, after a reminder of the basic concepts of thermodynamics, the book considers the general theory of chemical equilibrium, the concepts of standard state and chemical potential are described in detail, an equilibrium in the system of ideal reactive gases is analyzed, chemical processes in multicomponent systems with the participation of solid bodies, as well as imperfect gases, are used, statistical methods are used. To describe chemical balance. Further in the second part, the general chemical thermodynamics of heterogeneous systems and mixtures, the theory of phase equilibrium in one-, two- and multicomponent systems, the theory of liquid solutions and surface phenomena are considered. The next part is devoted to thermodynamics of electrolyte solutions, which sets out the theory of Debay-Hukkel. Along with the analysis of general concepts and theories in the work, a solution to a number of the most characteristic problems is given, independent theoretical exercises are given.
The third part of the textbook is devoted to a detailed description of the use of nonequilibrium thermodynamics to the study of chemical problems.
The publication is addressed to students in the areas of training included in the UGS: "Chemistry", chemical technologies" and received training in thermodynamics, quantum mechanics and statistical physics in general physical courses
