Part 3 sets out the theory and the methods of calculating the highest (variation) screws are proposed, taking into account strength and high speeds at the ends of the blades both with infinitely large and the final number of them. The applications give graphs and tables that facilitate the calculations, as well as a comparison of the proposed approximate solutions with the blades accurate for deformations in the centrifugal forces field.
