The transformation of components in the manufacture of wood plates. Tutorial

The basic concepts and terms related to the transformations of the basic components of wood plates during manufacture are given, and general methods of studying phenomena and processes that determine the development of inter -often people (interwater -optic) interactions. The macromolecular reactions of cellulose as the main reinforcing component, the reaction of the destruction and condensation of lignin, the participation of fatty acids in the creation of the structure of the plates are considered. From the standpoint of the theory of fragile destruction and the kinetic theory of strength, the features of the behavior of the plates and their durability as the function of turning the binding during the hot pressing of chipboard and MDF are set out, the relaxation theory of the disassemble, the role of the specific free surface energy in the creation of the properties of the plates. Methods of improving the quality of plates by reducing their toxicity, fire hazard, and the use of foaming binders are given.
