The ratio of entrepreneurial and economic activity in modern states and their unions

An attempt was made to substantiate the need to analyze two basic fundamental categories and factors - actually entrepreneurial and economic activity, which in some cases acquires a quasi -economic nature. So, even having abandoned the world wars, the states and their unions are conducting both local real wars and their "economic analogues": they overtake the "totalitarian regimes", "punish" for "anti -democratic manifestations", harming the economy of the Russian Federation. The authors express the conviction that this is directly related to the right, since such quasi -economic activity is clothed in "white clothes" of various kinds of documents, including those claiming to be international.
It is proved that economic and "quasi -economic" actions are significantly different: in the first case, they pursue the goals of actual economic monopolism, hegemony in the maximum number of sectors of the economy, the second version of such activity is not initially aimed at causing economic harm and is associated with the formation of unions, Including the readiness for cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship.
