At the meeting, a transcript was conducted, which is published for the first time and gives an idea of ​​the difficult conditions of the functioning of science, including logic, in the conditions of a totalitarian state. Many problems posed at the meeting are urgent in our time - the place and role of logic in the formation of the personality of the future specialist, basic logical competencies, the creation of modern logic and theory of argumentation. In a monograph created by scientists of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) and the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a study of the problems posed at a meeting was undertaken. The result of the study was the definition of through areas in the development of logical and logical and legal knowledge.
