The textbook was processed and supplemented taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the Third Generation (Federal State Educational Standard of SPI) Additions were made taking into account changes in the Civil Code, labor and tax legislation. The main idea of the textbook is to show changes in the development of business entities in the market conditions. The main issues related to the activities of the organization in a market economy are set out. The functioning mechanism and organizational and legal forms of organizations, its external environment, issues of organizing the production process are considered. A detailed characteristic of fixed and working capital, the organization’s staff, the effectiveness of its use and remuneration of labor is presented. The issues of pricing, cost and financial results of the organization’s activities are set out. The training manual contains not only information and cognitive material, but also methodological: basic concepts, questions for self-testing and final test.
