The monograph is devoted to the study of the transformation of the Russian economy from the export-raw model to the model of sustainable industrial growth. The first chapter of the work by the author formulates the determination of the economy of sustainable growth and substantiates the appropriateness of its formation, analyzes the problems that impede the transformations of the national economic system into a model of sustainable industrial growth, and also revealed possible mechanisms of such a transformation. In the second chapter, in order to determine the sources of implementing the financial mechanism for the formation of an economy of sustainable industrial growth, the author assesses the financial potential of economic entities, and the role of the banking sector and the state in investing resources in the Russian economy is analyzed. The third chapter is justified by expediency (to solve the problem of forming an industrial growth economy) for the development of cooperation between the banking sector and the state in the field of financing of the manufacturing industry based on the implementation of the interests of all key stakeholders of such projects, the interests of the state, the banking sector and manufacturing enterprises and evaluated and evaluated The completeness of their implementation within the framework of the existing mechanisms of banking and state lending to the economy
