Technological processes and their control: Tutorial

Theoretical and practical issues of manufacturing parts of machines are presented. The issues of control of technological processes are considered: monitoring the accuracy of a batch of parts based on the Gauss law, monitoring the correctness of the construction of the technological process based on dimensional analysis. Technological processes of the formation of the quality of the surface layer are set out: methods of surface-plastic deformation, free abrasive treatment. The processes of electric and electrochemical size processing are considered.
