What is common between a radio, wood, an atom, a brigade of miners and the text of this book? These are all systems. And therefore, there are some single approaches to modeling these seemingly very different objects. Such approaches, called the theory of systems, are set forth in this book. They may well come in handy in various fields - from the wilds of the most difficult sciences to purely domestic situations. The author taught the theory of systems for schoolchildren for several years, and this course was built on the basis of this experience.
