The book is devoted to the development of methods for researching and evaluating the balance of economics in terms of proportions of the main subsystems of the national economy. It is shown that the ratio between the object, design, environmental and process sectors of the economy determines the characteristics of its balance and, as a result, stability. The structural model of the transition of the dominant role (leadership) of each of the system sectors depending on the features of the stage of development of the economy: the stage of exit from the crisis, overcoming its consequences, stable development, and the emergence of signs of a new crisis is substantiated. The apparatus of systemic economic theory, developed in the book, is used to organize system-balanced management of the economy at macro-, meso- and microeconomic levels. A number of problems of coordination of the functioning of economic systems of various scale, types and stages of development are solved. Based on the study, recommendations have been developed on the formation of economic policy aimed at increasing the level of balance of the domestic economy.
