The manual discusses issues that allow you to comprehend the processes of simulation modeling, as part of the global processes of cognition of the world, and the results of modeling are part of the process of forming managerial decisions in the economy. Therefore, the main attention is paid not so much by the technique of computational procedures and algorithms, but to understanding their systemic meaning, i.e. their representations as a system. According to the plan, this material is considered as additional to existing courses for simulation. Many sections of the manual are set out in the manner of invitations of students to dialogue with the prospect of possible development of the material in subsequent scientific work. And such a prospect requires a systematic approach. In addition, the last chapter considers the method of solving the problem of analyzing the stability of cooperation of enterprises based on a tensor methodology. This section should be considered from the point of view of the usefulness of students" acquaintance with some effective methods for analyzing the stability of production cooperation, but go beyond the scope of the corresponding training courses. The manual is intended for students, graduate students and scientists who seek to expand their horizons, develop a systematic vision and understanding of such a complex, ambiguous and actively developing direction of science as imitation modeling
