The monograph presents the results of a study on the identification and analysis of fast -growing companies (BRK) in the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship sector of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The monograph contains methodological proposals for conducting an emergency response procedure, including an author’s approach to a set of economic growth indicators, stages of selection and classification of selected companies for the purpose of providing specific support measures from regional development institutions. The monograph was performed based on the results of the research work of teachers of the Ufa branch of GEF in the “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation” as part of the general university integrated theme “A new paradigm of social development in the context of a digital economy”. The monograph is recommended for use in the educational process in the magistracy, as well as for scientists, specialists in the field of support and development of small and medium -sized businesses, as well as other interested parties
