Statistics. Workshop (VET) Textbook

The foundations of the methodology of statistical analysis of socio-economic phenomena and processes are revealed. Special attention is paid to the features of the theory of statistical observation, techniques for processing statistical information, and the grouping of statistical data. Specific practice-oriented examples show the use of the theory of medium values, the methods of constructing generalizing indicators, analysis of the dynamics, selective, correlation, index methods of analysis are considered. In an adapted form corresponding to the level of training provided for by the standard, examples of calculating indicators, the application of statistics in socio-economic analysis are given.
