The monograph reflects the original author’s view of the trends and prospects for the development of environmental entrepreneurship in foreign legal models and contains the justification of the concept of legal support for the design of socio-ecological entrepreneurship in Russia. In the work, nodal problem-methodological issues of modern entrepreneurial and corporate law are reflected in the work regarding the organization of the interaction of private and public legal means of organizing socio-environmental entrepreneurship.
The monograph is intended for undergraduates, graduate students and teachers of law universities, employees of state bodies and all who are interested in the problem being studied.
The monograph was written based on the results of the study as part of the Grant “Social and Legal Model of Russian Environmental Entrepreneurship” for 2018–2020, with the financial support of the Russian Fund for fundamental research (project No. 18–011-00792 a)
