Semiconductor and ferromagnetic monoxide Europria in spintronics. Monograph

The monographs summarize and systematize the available achievements in studies of the classic magnetic semiconductor - Europropy monoxide. In chronological order, all the stages of studying its outstanding electronic and magnetic characteristics, the features of their manifestation in the outer fields, depending on non -chioometry, the degree of dawning, both in monocrystalline and compact and thin -sex states are presented.
