In the monograph from the standpoint of systemic, institutional and value approaches, the historical evolution of the relationship between institutions of science and market is studied. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of these relations in the transition of world socio-economic development from the industrial paradigm to the post-industrial paradigm. The problems of the formation of a post-industrial socio-economic system in modern Russia are examined in detail.
