The monograph summarizes many years of research on the development of an effective model of the state pension system, which is directly linked to the specific demographic and macroeconomic conditions of the country in the long term. The uniqueness of the results lies in the fact that for the first time the problem of retirement age is not considered from the position of saving budget expenditures, but from the standpoint of the institutional function of the pension system: to achieve a decent level of pension, the criteria of which are defined in the government strategy of the long -term sustainable development of the Russian pension system.
There are multivariate calculations of raising the retirement age, taking into account the macroeconomic and demographic conditions of the country"s development based on state statistical reporting data, departmental reporting of the FIU and the PFR information systems, including the system of individual (personified) accounting.
The optimization scheme for raising the retirement age is justified. Proposals have been developed to reflect the recommended scheme for raising the retirement age in regulatory legal acts. It is intended for specialists in the field of compulsory pension insurance, recommended to master, graduate students and teachers in the specialties: "Actual calculations", "public finances", "state and municipal finance"
