The book discusses six different models (lines) inverter welding devices and plasma cutting devices, on the basis of which a large number of welding machines are produced under various brands.
The application describes the design and repair apparatus of contact-condenser welding "Fox Weld SW2500", which is also present on the market under the brands Dongsen, Hitronic, Rilon, Riland, Rivcen, TSS. In addition, the appendix gives the principles of several popular models of inverter welding devices.
For each model, its design, block diagram, a principled electrical circuit are given, the work of all its components is described in detail and the post-chain verification procedure is given.
The practical value of the book is determined by a detailed description of the typical malfunctions of the nodes of welding inverters and a description of the methodology for their search and elimination.
