The monograph discusses the structure and development of world trade in various objects of intellectual property, taking into account the deepening processes of globalization and internationalization of the world economy. The analysis of current trends in the formation and evolution of the system for regulating international trade in intellectual property objects revealed, the main factors of the intellectualization of international trade and the specifics of the global intellectual property market were identified. Attention was paid to the modern issues of international trade in intellectual property and the intensification of Russia"s participation. In addition, structural problems are determined that prevent the formation of an effective national system of intellectual property regulation in the Russian Federation.
