The factor of intelligence in the life of certain peoples and races was repeatedly covered in traditions and proverbs throughout history. There are a certain set of examples of this. And it is not at all necessary that some are "better" or "worse" than others. The very specifics of mental activity from the point of view of the style, as well as the dynamics of various psychological acts, are noted in many written monuments since ancient times. In the sacred texts of world religions, we can easily find the same relationship, and the era of "great geographical discoveries" through the efforts of the discoverers and missionaries only confirmed the rule that in all parts of the world, the attitude to basic ethical values is deeply different. The desires and interests of people are radically different everywhere. Some peoples and races with amazing perseverance over the centuries have revealed us miracles of practical ingenuity and survival, considering this the highest good, others, on the contrary, with undisguised contempt are a strategy of behavior, preferring to create giant idealistic concepts. It is this variety of manifestations of higher nervous activity that gives us the magnificent palette of the greatness of the human race
