The monograph was prepared based on the materials of the International Round Table "Political Savings Today", dedicated to the anniversary of the President of the Financial University, Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Alla Georgievna Gryaznova, held on December 5, 2017 at the Financial University (Moscow) The monograph pays attention to the actualization of the problem of the revival of the political economic approach to the study of the modern economy, which involves the discussion of the following issues: the justification of the objective need for the search for new theoretical outlines of political economy, the need to develop a different approach to the formation of a new methodology, different from Mainstream, and the definition of a new content of economic science as the imperative of the implementation of the socio-economic interests of the new Russia.
