The collection presents materials from the XVI Scientific Session of the Commission of Polish Economics and the Russian Academies of Sciences, which was devoted to discussing the problems of complex development of infrastructure as the most important condition for successful socio-economic transformation of both countries.
Polish researchers pay special attention to the problems of infrastructure development related to the ongoing processes of globalization, institutional and technological modernization.
