The textbook gives a description of the modern physical picture of the world. Part I sets out the main sections of the course of general physics: mechanics, molecular physics and thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism, geometric and wave optics, which make up the classical physical picture of the world. Part II at an affordable level sets out the main sections of the course of modern physics: special and general theories of relativity, quantum mechanics, the theory of fundamental interactions and the use of these sections in modern cosmogony and cosmology, which constitute a modern physical picture of the world. The presentation in each chapter is built from simple to complex and equipped with the necessary number of illustrations and mathematical dependencies.
