This textbook sets out the physical foundations of nanotechnologies. The book consists of three relatively independent parts. The first part is devoted to the consideration of physical phenomena and the laws describing them and the provisions related to the plasma state of the substance. Another section is also studied, which is of fundamental importance for creating nanotechnologies, --- the area of physics associated with the condensed state of the substance in the nano-scale areas of the space. This refers to nanostructures as such, as well as those included in the macro -shaped, primarily at the surface of solids.
The fundamental ideas related to the physics of micro- and nanomir of material bodies in solid and liquid states are reflected in the second part of the textbook. The third part sets out new theoretical and experimental methods of studying multi -electronic systems. In writing the textbook, the material of viewing articles published in the journal "Success of Physical Sciences" was widely used.
The book is intended for senior students studying in areas preparing engineering and technical workers in industrial industries, as well as researchers for research organizations. It can also be used for other specialties of the natural-scientific and technical trending in universities, which read courses associated with the physical phenomena of the material world of nano and microbans, will also be useful to teachers of the relevant disciplines and everyone who is fond of physics and is interested in its current state
