Pharmaceutical chemistry. Textbook

The proposed textbook Pharmaceutical Chemistry refers to the new generation of educational literature. The content of the book reflects the latest changes associated with the emergence of new drugs and the introduction of modern methods of pharmaceutical analysis and quality control of drugs into the practice of modern methods.
The book in detail and comprehensively presents the classification of drugs, the relationship between their structure, chemical properties and pharmacological effects. The foundations of molecular docking and the development strategies are considered, including issues of computer design, stability, pharmaceutical incompatibility. New sections are presented: biological drugs (insulin, vaccines, serums, monoclonal antibodies, etc) and medical chemistry dedicated to opioid analgesics.
