The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the specialty 33.05.01 "Pharmacy".
The textbook presents the course of organic chemistry for the pharmaceutical specialties of institutions of higher pharmaceutical education. Based on modern ideas about the mutual influence of atoms in the molecule and data of quantum-chemical methods, the theoretical foundations of organic chemistry are presented. Particular attention is paid to the structure, physical, chemical and biological properties of organic compounds. The material is systematized according to the classes of organic compounds. Information is given that will be needed in the study of biological, pharmaceutical, toxicological chemistry, as well as pharmacognosy and pharmacology.
