On the issue of legal support of food security of the Russian Federation

The monograph investigated the problematic issues of the legal support of food security of the Russian Federation. A comprehensive analysis of the main aspects of the legal regulation of food security under the NTU members and the Western countries against our country was carried out. The mechanisms of legal regulation in the provision of food assistance to the victim in emergency situations are considered. A circle of problems associated with the spread of genetic engineering products is determined. Legal measures are proposed aimed at maintaining public health.
The results of the study can be used in the preparation of training programs for special courses on the history of the state and law, the general theory of national security, in other disciplines studied in higher educational institutions, regional educational centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, FSB of Russia, the Russian Guard, in the preparation of lectures, seminars, conferences as part of a study of national security problems. In the legislative activities of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and legislative assemblies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, in the work of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, as well as in the executive authorities of the Russian Federation
