The monograph analyzes the impact of the market reforms of the 1990s on the offshorization of the Russian economy. The dynamics of this process is closely related to deep changes in the offshore system in the global economy. The development of these relations exacerbated the deficit of investments and showed backwardness of domestic markets, excessive economic inequality and oblivion of social discourse, which is growing in Russian society. These problems require solutions, and the authors offer their ways to overcome them.
