Numerical methods of the theory of queues. Tutorial

The book describes the analytical and numerical methods of calculating systems with queues, including multi -channel, Nemarkovsky and priority, as well as calculating Nemarkovsky networks based on their streamlive decomposition. A significant part of these methods was developed by the author and was implemented as part of a package of the bridge (mass service - stationary tasks) Numerical results are illustrated by tables and graphs.
The book is intended for experts in the study of operations, communications, computing, urban economy and can be used for research and design work at the system of systemic design, to predict the work of existing systems with queues when changing the conditions of their functioning.
