The book conducted a comprehensive study of the legal status of a non -state pension fund (NPF) as a subject of investment legal relationship.
The nature of the special legal capacity of the NPF in connection with the content of the activities carried out is analyzed in detail. The work contains a detailed study of property funds that are part of the property of the NPF (own funds, pension reserves, pension savings) Particular attention is paid to legal forms of attracting investments in the NPF, namely, a non -state pension provision agreement (pension agreement) and a mandatory pension insurance agreement, as well as the legal issues of investing pension savings and reserves.
