The monograph is devoted to the study of the process of implementing the modernization projects of the RCP (B)-the CPSU (b) of the 1920-1930s in the context of the intra-party struggle for power. The lack of managerial experience of the country"s leadership, the utopicism of the stated ideas, the bureaucratization of the party-state apparatus and the commitment to radical methods of solving problems gave rise to political and socio-economic crises, influenced the results achieved. The limits of the political resource of the heads of the ruling party in the implementation of political and administrative projects, considered as a series of unjustified socio-economic experiments, were criticized, the concept of the Soviet state as an apparatus of violence in the interests of the world proletarian revolution was criticized.
