The monographs comprehensively consider the models and the experience of interacting the authorities and business of leading modern economic systems. Close attention is paid to the Russian specificity of relations between the state and the entrepreneurial community, starting with the characteristics of institutional foundations and changing conditions of doing business in Russia and ending with the problem of trust. Such aspects of relations as the leading role of the state in managing the economy, the inconsistency of legislative regulation of entrepreneurial activity, the excessiveness of fiscal administration and tax burden, the insufficient level of personnel of personnel, and the social responsibility of the business, were disclosed. The empirical basis of the monograph is the study, which was carried out by the implementation of the Grant RFFI "new models of the interaction of power and the industrial community in the context of increasing the risks of technological development under the influence of international sanctions".
