Methods and achievements of modern analytical chemistry. Textbook for universities

The textbook was prepared by leading specialists of a number of universities in the Russian Federation in accordance with federal state educational standards in the direction of “Chemistry” (training of masters and personnel of higher qualifications) In the form of a course of lectures, the principles and possibilities of modern chemical analysis methods are noted, not studied in the framework of undergraduate (mass spectrometry and capillary electrophoresis, radiospectral and enzymatic methods, the use of bions and chemometric algorithms) The latest achievements in the development of optical, electrochemical and chromatographic methods of analysis, methods for assessing the total content of the same type of substances, as well as methods of using chemical-analytical methods in medicine are briefly considered. The recommendations of the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences for analytical chemistry and a standard training program for the candidate exam in the specialty “Analytical Chemistry” were taken into account. Lectures are supplemented by lists of educational and scientific literature, as well as questions and tasks for students.
The textbook is designed for undergraduates and graduate students of classic universities. It can be used as a training manual of high-type students of undergraduate and specialty, as well as teachers and analysts
