Market and State: Issues of Interaction in Modern Russia. Monograph

The monograph is devoted to the problems of the interaction of market and state institutions in a modern domestic economy. The need to intervene the state in the economy is considered, an analysis of the effectiveness of the functioning of the public sector of the economy in Russia was presented. Property relations, as well as problems of social inequality and priority areas of policy of overcoming poverty in modern Russia, have been investigated. It is shown that the activation of the activities of small and medium -sized enterprises will contribute to the weakening of monopolistic abuse and the development of competitive processes. The practice of supporting the sphere of SMEs by development institutions was dismantled, the role of high -tech companies in medium -sized businesses as drivers of the new quality of economic growth - innovative.
