The Starmus science festival was first held in 2011, and since then the participation of leading scientists, celebrities in the field of astronautics and music, which are united by the passion for popularizing knowledge about land and space, became the tradition. The founder of the festival Garik Isralyan created an expert council, which included such wonderful personalities as astrophysicist and rock musician Brian May, evolutionary biologist Richard Dokins, discoverer of microwave radiation Robert Wilson, theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking, cosmonaut Alexei Leonov, Nobel Protective Protective Protect and others.
The lectures collected in this book are devoted to the development of space, evolution and issues of the origin of life. Cosmonauts, participants in the American and Soviet space programs, will talk about unknown details of their flights and speak about the future of land and humanity. And scientists will share the new research data devoted to the study of life on Earth and the search in the Universe of Worlds, similar to ours who can become a home for a person.
