The proposed textbook sets out the logical, methodological and argumentation foundations of scientific research. The aim of the authors of the textbook is to comprehensive preparation of graduate students for both research and pedagogical activity. This is precisely the original synthesis of logical knowledge, methodological skills and argumentation practice, presented in this publication. The course of scientific research methodology is not only interdisciplinary, but also polydisciplinary. Methodology and logic as philosophical disciplines, which have a rich history and impressive experience in the development of theoretical knowledge, are combined with argumentation as a purposeful social activity, expressed in the language and the practice of argumentation.
