The collective monograph was prepared following the results of the fifth international scientific and practical conference "Legal and financial and economic means to achieve sustainable development goals", held on October 28, 2021 at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation as part of the scientific school "State Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activities".
In the first chapter of the monograph, such issues of public management as the development strategy of public management and the organization of the management system are studied, aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development of the state. The second chapter is devoted to finance and the real sector of the economy from the standpoint of institutional and legal trends to achieve sustainable development goals. An important role in the context of achieving sustainable development goals is given to financial control, which is set out in the third chapter of the monograph. In the fourth chapter, the authors consider the mechanism of state coercion in the financial sphere, which should contribute to the achievement of the goals of sustainable development of the state
