The proposed book is devoted to the basics of the theory of optimal recovery that arose relatively recently, as well as demonstrations of a number of tasks that can be solved using this theory. Applications of the theory of optimal recovery are quite numerous. The tasks of restoring the values of differential operators, interpolation, recovery of signals and solutions of the equations of mathematical physics are considered. The interpolation tasks are considered both in the classes of smooth functions and in classes of analytical functions
