This is the third edition of the book “Introduction to modern liquid chromatography” is today one of the most popular reference guidelines in modern liquid chromatography in the world. This is a textbook, a reference book, and even an encyclopedia on all (or almost all) issues related to VEZH.
The book highlights a huge number of issues related to the theory of chromatography, the modern equipment of VEZH, the methods of detecting and the device of detectors, the theoretical and practical aspects of choosing motionless and mobile phases are examined in detail. Particular attention is paid to the circular-phase, normally-phase, gel-percentive, hydrophobic, hydrophilic and other types of chromatography. Separate chapters are devoted to the separation of synthetic and natural polymers, drug chromatography, separation of enantiomers, sampling, typical problems when working with chromatographic equipment and, which is especially important in modern conditions, validation of analytical methods.
