The monograph studies the innovative environment of a large Russian company, as well as mechanisms for interacting with it. These mechanisms are analyzed in the framework of the new institutional economic theory from the position of possibilities to reduce transaction costs.
A logical scheme for choosing the mechanisms of interaction between the company with an innovative environment at various stages of management of innovative activities was developed: from the search for ideas to the introduction of innovation into production or its bringing to the market.
