The monograph was prepared by a team of authors of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The forms of development of subregional integration unions with the participation of the Asia -Pacific countries have been investigated, priority areas of strategic partnership of Russia and China were identified. Conceptual approaches to determining the economic interests of Russia in the development of integration processes in the ATR zone are formulated. A special place in the monograph is occupied by proposals for the implementation of the economic interests of Russia in the framework of the development of bilateral and multilateral economic cooperation with the leading countries of the Asia -Pacific region, including China.
