The book introduces the reader to the urgent problems of the development of modern economics and law. The work investigates issues such as the destructive form of the global socio-economic order, the role of neoliberalism, unrequited challenges of our time, on the way to the new model of the state of care, the dawn of new humanity. Each of the named blocks contains a detailed list of questions, which harmoniously combines political, socio-economic, philosophical, legal aspects. In particular, such concepts as “economy”, “digital economy”, “real sector of the economy”, “financial sector of the economy”, “modernization of the economy”, as well as the ratio of a market economy and law are considered. Particular attention is paid to the following questions: ethics of using money, risks of creating private money, tax policy, problems with the environment, poverty and increasing gap between rich and poor. Separate legal instruments are considered.
