Production of heterogeneous seeds is one of the strategies that show populations of seminal plants for successful growth and self-maintenance in certain environmental and phytocenotic conditions. The heterogeneity of seeds as the descendants of one maternal individual, correctly called in domestic literature a heterospermia, can manifest itself in such signs as size, shape and color, i.e. Those that are usually used to distinguish between the morph within the heterogeneous population population and which are associated with certain physiological properties that appear during germination. Particular attention is paid to the existence of the mutations of seeds, manifested in varying degrees of staining the peel with anthocyan, up to continuous and intensive staining (mutation OBSCURATUM Sensu Kajanus), which cannot but affect the properties of tests. Such mutants are presented with an important tool for studying mobile genetic elements, peace, germination and durability of seeds
