Fundamentals of the theory of reliability and technical diagnostics

The presented book contains initial information from the field of the theory of reliability and technical diagnosis of devices and automation and computer technology systems. The book contains three sections. In the first, the methods of formal description of devices and automation and computer technology systems, the basics of logic algebra, methods of analysis and synthesis of devices and automation systems are considered. The second section is devoted to the theory of technical diagnosis, where mathematical models of devices are considered from the position of technical diagnostics, the main methods of test and functional diagnosis of combination devices and memory devices. The third section contains the initial information from the field of reliability theory, the methods of calculating reliability are given, and the basics of synthesis of reliable structures are also given and approaches to evaluate indicators of their reliability, fault resistance and security.
