A workshop for students of professional educational organizations in general professional discipline “Fundamentals of Production Assembly of Food Products” was developed on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education and the approximate basic educational program of secondary vocational education in the PPCRS “Chevard, Confectioner”.
The workshop contains materials for the implementation of the independent work of students, as well as control tools for self -esteem. The publication proposes various types of independent work aimed at activating educational activities. The basis of the workshop is laboratory work. The publication is intended for students of professional educational organizations mastering the profession of SPO, as well as food industry workers studying under additional professional programs of the Profar profession. It can be useful to teachers engaged in the educational process in this discipline
